1. Warranty Coverage:

   • Gem is covered by a 6-month warranty applicable specifically to the pump hub.
   • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions in the pump hub only.

1. Exclusions:

   • Consumable parts such as valves, membrane, bottles, lids, and shields are not covered under this warranty.
   • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow the instructions for use provided with the product is not covered.
   • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made to the product by the customer void the warranty.

1. Warranty Claims Process:

   • Customers must retain proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, to file a warranty claim.
   • To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at info@gembreastpump.co.za with details of the issue and proof of purchase.
   • Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or documentation as necessary.

1. Warranty Resolution:

   • If the issue falls within the scope of the warranty and is deemed eligible, we will repair or replace the defective pump hub at no cost to the customer.
   • If a replacement is provided, the remaining warranty period will apply from the original purchase date.

1. Limitation of Liability:

   • Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective pump hub as described above.
   • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

1. Warranty Duration:

   • The 6-month warranty period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on the proof of purchase.
